The deadline to provide the Settlement Administrator with names and addresses for notice mailing and/or to request copies of the Notice to mail to beneficial owners directly has passed. If you provided the Settlement Administrator with names and addresses for notice mailing, or if you mailed copies of the Notice to beneficial owners directly, you are entitled to reimbursement from the Settlement Fund of your reasonable expenses actually incurred in connection with it, including reimbursement of postage expense and the cost of ascertaining the names and addresses of beneficial owners. Those expenses will be paid upon request and submission of appropriate supporting documentation and timely compliance with the noticing directives. Additionally, the deadline to submit a Claim Form has passed.
